Shipping within the UK

I take great care in my packaging, I hope you enjoy your cheerful package arriving amongst the less exciting post!

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

In normal circumstances, I aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During the current global pandemic orders will take longer than normal due to various factors outside of my control. I shall do my best to get the post to you as fast and as safely as I can.

As it’s just me running my business, if I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I shall let you know!

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

I send my post through Royal Mail and use first class, signed and tracked delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the weight of your post and how many products you have ordered.

DAMAGES & LOST POST

Sketchy Muma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, once the package has been dispatched from me in good order, this is the responsibility of Royal Mail. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail in the first instance.

Shipping outside the U.K

I am currently reviewing my shipping methods outside the UK as due to the current global pandemic many parcels have gone “off track”, more news on this soon! :)

Returns

I am happy for you to return your print to me, if you decide it’s not for you.

You have 15 days to return an item to me from the date you received it.

Products must be returned in new condition, unopened and wrapped in the original cellophane packaging and in the original envelope.

You must be able to display proof of purchasing.

You will be responsible for the postage to send the item back.

If your refund is approved you shall be re credited to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs which are non refundable.
